We are delighted to present the 12th edition of our school newsletter, marking  a full year of consistent monthly publications.

​

It gives me great pleasure and happiness to introduce the first anniversary of the Newsletter. We introduced Newsletter last year and it has been a labor of love to maintain the cadence and content of newsletter.

​

As my editorial and content team would attest, it has taken long evenings and millions of edits that go in each and every release of newsletter, to cater to sustaining interest as well as
pandering to passions of our music community.

Looking at last year, my heart swells with pride as to how much our students have and wanted
to contribute to newsletter.

We have heard the phrase racing against time….in this year of newsletter I would say we were
racing towards articles. The plethora of topics and the deep interest that students
demonstrated, I pray and hope they come out in flying colors in all their endeavors.

Universities pride in reviewing essays of prospective applicants. Samskritasangitam School of
Music cherishes in seeing the early essays of such bright students in their formative years!

From Puzzles, to articles on Carnatic music to quotes , this newsletter has been a catalyst in
sustaining the bonhomie between families and the school outside of music classroom.

If anyone is curious as to what happened in the school during last year, I highly recommend to
pick up an edition of the newsletter and get entertained!

My dear students, keep contributing to the newsletter! Let’s keep it flourishing so that in years
to come, each one of us will cherish the memories of our journey with SamskritaSangitam
School of Music.

In Arthur Sulzberger Jr’s quote “Newspapers cannot be defined by the second word – paper.
They’ve got to be defined by the first word – ‘News’. “
I would echo the same sentiment for our newsletter !​​​​​
