All About Nādānubhūti Series

Nādānubhūti: In Sanskrit, Nāda refers to the primordial "sound" or vibration of the universe, and Anubhūti means "direct experience" or realization. Together, Nādānubhūti represents the profound experience of connecting with the divine through the flow of music.​

The Nadanubhuti Series is an exclusive monthly initiative of the Samskrtasangitam School, dedicated to bringing the Carnatic musical experience to life. Originally launched in January 2021 and revitalized in early 2026, this curated series serves as a premier educational platform where students transition from the classroom to the stage. By blending scholarly lecture-demonstrations with opportunities for students to showcase their vocal and instrumental talents, the series fosters an environment of excellence and peer-to-peer inspiration. Through interactive musical games, expert lectures and immersive performances, we aim to sharpen technical observation, deepen artistic understanding, and ignite a lasting passion for the Carnatic tradition in every student.
